To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have a firm cancellation policy in place: * A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking services over $100 to secure your appointment. * We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. * Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice. * No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
